I've heard of a B-12 inhaler anyone using it? Does it get into the bloodstream in the nose? I've had the terminal ileum resected and need B-12 shots an inhaler would be a nice change!

I will be interested in hearing about
this too. I take B12 shots weekly. I already know that sublingual is out for me, doesn't help me as much as the shots do. I have also heard there is a B12 patch.

I asked my doctor about
this last year and was told that most patients tend to be non-compliant with the nasal B12 because its a bit nasty. Not really sure about
the absorbency, but if you don't take it, you can't absorb it. He thought I was better off staying with the shots. I just feel bad because my husband has to give them to me and he always feels bad when he has to jab me. I keep telling him, I'm a Chronie I can take it, but he just can't stand to 'hurt' me.

Wouldn't you know it that the solution to shots is 'a bit nasty'. I'll bet coming from a Dr. thats like a bit pregnant!
