SOOOOO much pain in the 'back side'....help!!!

I need to appologize in advance for the graphic nature of this post!  I am so embarrased but have NO where else to turn.

I am in soooo much pain.  I really need some help here as I patiently wait for the doctors return call (going on day 2 now!!!)

Here are just a few things so you know how I ended up in this much pain:

I had surgery (hysterectomy) in December, then had almost 2 months of terrible diareah. THEN took 2 Ultram (pain killer) for a migraine last Thursday.  I also have been fighting a persistant yeast infection.  Since the Ultram, I did a 180, and now have constipation!!!

I finally had a BM and now have a huge fissure and bleeding!  Every bowel movement after that is HORRIBLE!  SO MUCH PAIN!  I NEVER WANT TO EAT AGAIN!

What can I do about the pain?  there is also a pain in my lower left abdomen after and during a BM.  Should I use a cream of some sort, how about Vicoden for the stomach and 'back side' pain. 

Please tell me that I am not the only one ever to be humiliated by so much pain!?

No you are not the only one. Big hugs to you! I believe there are creams that your doctor can prescribe that will help. But do use the Vicodin to give yourself some pain relief. I use stool softners daily in order to keep my stools soft and easier to pass. Sure hope you give your doc a call back and reinterate how much pain you are in. (((HUGS)))

     I have ulcerative proctitis and usually post on that forum but like to read if there is anything on this board which I would find beneficial.

     I am suffering with severe rectal pain....bleeding even when passing gas.  Hoped my 4th Remicade infusion on Friday would have worked but so far has not.

     I have been taking hydrocodone this weekend.  It is the only thing that kept me from going to the ER.  Hope to see my GI doctor tomorrow...something has GOT to be done.
