So I did a bunch of emailing and debating.
Went to my doc today (GP)
and also got ahold of my Gastro in Chicago.
Both Doctors Agreed to see the G.I in 8 weeks from today AND TO START THE METHOTREXATE. (Finally something we agreed on)
My G.P Is awesome I really love and respect her. She upped my Fentanyl Dose to 25mcg and said KILL THE PAIN, And Eat. You need to gain weight and enjoy your meals. Start the Methotrexate and Exercise. Stay Very Hydrated and eat well.
So, Im hoping my pain will be controlled, The Methotrexate will have effect.
The nicest part of all is. She said she'd be happy to order a home care nurse 1 a week to do bloodwork and check vitals to help me get through the methotrexate. Im alot happier now. Knowing I wont cause major damage with weekly bloodwork.
thanks all for the support and helping me make this decision.

Sounds like you have a really proactive doctor. Please just be careful with the Fentanyl, I got horrid withdrawals when I tried to get off it. When its time for you to wean from it, be sure that they use something to help you wean off. I hope the MTX gets you feeling better soon.

You are welcome. I am so glad you have a plan in place, and I really hope the MTX works well.
