Hello, Board Members:
I have a question. I don't know if this is a coincidence or something else, but I have been dieting for the past 4-6 weeks (I gained 15 pounds before that), and I started eating yogurt for breakfast and lunch. I also have an Archway coconut macaroon in the morning and evening. Since I started this routine, I have been feeling MUCH better. I use the bathroom once/day (or maybe even once every other day); my movements are more formed and solid; I do not get bouts of urgency; and I almost feel "as good as new."
I was just wondering whether anyone else has had this experience.
I also take 100mg of 6mp/day and Remicade every eight weeks.
