Another partial obstruction question...

So, it started last night after I ate dinner. I had pain that was about a 9 on the pain scale, so I took a vicodin...well, that made my pain go down to a dull roar (at some points, the pain was back up to a 9). My stomach was distended by over 4 inches...I looked pregnant. I was vomiting, which is very rare for me- I haven't vomited for over three years.
My boyfriend started freaking out because he knows that I never vomit and that my stomach should not look like that. There was no bowel sounds, no passing gass. So, he took me to the ER.
They gave me some super pain meds (they tried to give me an NSAID, but I practically ripped the bag from her hand before she put the IV in). They did some blood work and x-rays, told me they found nothing and sent me on my merry way with some zofran and a shot of dilaudid.
They have NEVER been able to see my Crohn's on x-rays (with no barium or contrast even!) or CT scans...
I'm still in pain this morning. My stomach is still bloated and I'm still nauseous.
Should I go back to the ER? Or I could just go to my family doctor and have him admit me because this pain is nearly unbearable...

Contact your doctor!  My GI told me when I had a partial obstruction that if I started vomiting to go to the ER immediately.

I'm going to see my family doctor in an hour. He'll probably admit me. I also left a message for my GI (he's in Cleveland...I'm an hour away) and his office said he would be calling me tonight. Hopefully I can get all of this moving quickly so I don't have to wait months feeling like this.
