Apparently, the bark extract from a plant called una de gato (or cat's claw) has anti-inflammatory properties... And I've seen a couple of studies that confirms that it does have anti-inflammatory properties... In the area where cat's claw is found, the indigenous people there use it as medicine to help with digestive disorders and arthritis...
It sounds interesting... Just wondering if anyone has heard of it or tried it... and how it works for them...
