I'd say I eat a pretty balanced diet. I stopped eating red meat and most white too, on occassion I'll eat some organic chicken. I saw the movie Food Inc and I vowed never to eat cow or pig again. I eat mostly fish and seafood. I start every morning with a Green Monster ( www.greenmonstermovement.com ) It's basically a smoothie that has a spinach base, it's real good you can't taste the spinach AT ALL, and it's a super easy way to get in most if not all fruit/veggie servings. For lunch I try to have 50% veggies, 30% starch and 20% fish/seafood. Dinner is a total toss up, last night I had Shrimp with Lobster Sauce from a local chinese resturant.
This is all while I'm feeling decent or in remission (what's that? haha). If I'm flaring I'm lucky if I can finish 2 saltines.
