Prune Juice , canned pears (canned cuz the fiber is broken down in the canning process, best even to puree it so you don't get no chunks, or chew chew chew :)
I'd be careful of the veg juice if it has tomato in it, as tomato, potato, eggplant and peppers are all part of the nightshade family and while nightshades won't cause inflammation they will make what inflammation you have worse.
Plus those veg juices are full of chemicals...
Green Tea is fine, enjoy, any soup is good. If you can handle chicken broth, home made is the only way to go and it's easy to do, more's the better -- protein loaded. There's a reason they call it Jewish penicillin.
Try liquid cholophyll and see if that helps feed you veg juice craving. As with any supplement, start half dose and work up.

simple apple juice does the trick for me
I would stay away from acidic foods like tomatoes

Vegetable soup upsets my guts, i usually drink watered-down apple juice. Hope you feel better.

Apple juice works for me, but only the "real" stuff...not the sugared down stuff.

Well ya gotta go with a cravin, until the CD tells ya not to. Not like none of us haven't done that, once or twice :)
You might want to try some white rice too, I find that very helpful in the digestive department, in so so many ways!

I take stool softners nightly and they help to keep things softer and easier to pass. Pred causes me more constipation too. Hugs!
