I am not a veggie, but only eat meat ~once/week. Pasta works well for me. I don't have many digestive problems so I'm good with lots of fruit and veggies. Yogurt is great and especially the newer Greek style are loaded with protein. I eat a lot of cheese and I use lactose free milk in my cooking and breakfast. Fish and tofu...the list is really endless.
