Coffee/Caffeine

I always go to caffeine when I'm really constipated and need the job done quick. It helps flush things out much quicker than taking a stool softener. A cup of coffee and I'm good for a few days. Otherwise, I try to stay off the stuff. Just makes my stomach too active.

I'm a total Diet Coke addict. I try to quit, but it's my one major vice! Plus, I don't like coffee so it's my caffeine too. Sometimes I wonder if Diet Coke effects my Crohns, but I can never stop drinking it for long enough to experiement and see if my symptoms get better...:/
