Hi, I'm Claudine, from Sydney Australia. I am a single Mum of 3 girls. Was diagnosed with CD after being sick for over 20yrs. Had the usual issues with Dr's telling me that I was lactose intolerant/gluten intolerant/had a virus etc etc until I went to a new GP who took my symptoms seriously. I also suffer from spondyloarthritis in my pelvis, psoriasis and god knows what else! Am currenty on a clinical trial for the new drug Vendolizumab. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome to another of our southern hemisphere friends. You'll find Australia is well represented here so you'll also get help from locals with crohn's. Many of us have also gone the long route you did on basically guesswork by Dr.s until someone finally got it right. I was diagnosed at age 46 after having all sorts of problems since I was 15. look forward to interacting with you in the near future.
