"Dry" Crohns Disease?

Ive heard this term used, but havent found any information online regarding it. What does this mean? Crohns without D?

I've never heard the term before. You quess sounds logical but ... what do I know never having heard it before?

Crohn's without bleeding? As opposed to ulcer/leisions that bleed?

I think it means Crohns without diarrhea. I suffer with more constipation with my Crohns, so I think in my case it would be Crohns C.
