I had a colonoscopy May 12, and my doctor told me that my Crohn's disease looked like it was remission. I was thrilled! He also has always said that he thinks I have IBS. However, ever since the colonoscopy, my diarrhea and cramping have been 10x worse than they were before. Its to the point now where I can barely leave the house. I went to my family doctor just for a check up about 2 weeks after the colonoscopy, I told her I wasn't feeling well, but she said that was normal after that procedure. (I have countless colonoscopies, and never had this problem). She had me pee in a cup....which came back positive for a bladder infection. (I've had countless amounts of those too). So she gave me a Z-pak..... which I didn't think treated those, but whatever. Anyways, that didn't help. I still feel the same, am running to the bathroom more than ever, and am just frusterated. I'm not sure whether this is IBS or if the UTI still didn't go away... I don't know what to do. I haven't had this much diarrhea in years! Any insight?
