my small victory over CD

I actually made it to the gym today and had a great workout! Hopefully I did not overdo it and will not be feeling it in my gut tomorrow but I have not been to the gym in months and was excited just to be able to feel good enough to work out!

It does feel great. And it amazes me that this time last year I was looking for excuses not to go when I felt great. I will never take working out for granted again!

Sniper, you never fail to crack me up!!! I love your posts!! I did get a nice compliment today from a lady that was going there before while I was there. She said I looked great because I had lost so much weight. I had to restrain myself to not feel compelled to explain why I lost the weight. I just said thank you and moved on!
