I should probably be working out a little bit more.
But since this recent flare, it's been kind of hard to get myself motivated again. Last month, before I moved, I used to walk about
a mile to my grad school and a mile home to keep myself in shape. Definitely didn't walk too fast, but just enough to feel like I had a good workout.
Also, used to love zumba classes and I'm looking to rejoin one. Each instructor is different, but it's a light aerobic/latin dance class. Pretty simple and doesn't matter if you're in shape (I'm not), coordinated or a dancer as long as you have fun. Plus, you can take it at your own level so it's all about
being up and moving. Just be careful with some of the abs move they do because it can surprise the intestines.
I also did yoga for a little while, but I'm waaaaay too impatient for that...good luck!!
