Movie prep is terrible any suggestions

This is awful 4.5 hours later and still can't leave the bathrom hardley and I have to drink another quart in the morning 3 hours before I leave for my appt and I have to leave at 745 am guess I will be up at 430 if I am still not up. Have an hour drive very worried about getting there with out messing my self. Anyone have any suggestions?

There are definitely alternatives but if you only have a few hours left then just drinking the movie prep is probably your best bet. Try it super cold with a straw and maybe some crystal light powder for flavor. Magnesium citrate (at the drug store) might also be an option. If you had more time I might suggest a longer prep with miralax- the only thing that ever did NOT make me queasy but it's less harsh and thus less effective. Also, you could call your dr and ask for recomended alternatives. Good luck!

If you are going clear (even with a little yellow) you should be pretty cleared out. I know once I get to that stage I am clean, and I generally just stop any further prep. I have always been clean. Good luck and hugs!
