Stopped humira, suffering from endo. AT A LOST

I've been on Humira for 9 months before it starting attacking my joints again (just like remicade) i waited until a full year and a month before completely stopping it and saw my doctor she agreed to stop it. But she's at a lost at why this med is attacking my joints when it's actually used for arthritis!!! so am I!! I'm also suffering from endometriosis, they want to put me on lupron!! but I am refusing at the moment since I'm suffering from arthritis from humira I can't imagine how I'd react to Lupron. So the doctor's other option was to get pregnant. But now I am so stress (which doesn't help) because the crohn's is flaring and I am worried if I do get pregnant I'll lose it anyways. We've been having difficulty trying to conceive on the day I'm actually ovulating because it seems I'm always having flares. So they (doctor's) suggest insemination. Now I'm worried to spend that kind of money (after just moving into a house we just bought) and then having a miscarriage. I just feel so lost (it definitely doesn't help my house is still very unpack shall we say!!)

I guess I just needed to vent to people who actually understand. Thanks for listening!!!!!!!!!!

See I suffer from migraines (since I was 6) so I've never been able to take any BCP not even as a teenager...they say by taking the pill it sends off some sort of lets say 'acid' and suffering from migraines sends off another 'acid' when those 2 acids mixes and makes you infertily.  And I knew I've always wanted a child. So the pill isn't one of my options neither is depro because it flares my crohn's (werid I knoooow) and it makes me supper depressed. This is why their only route was Lupron.... Seems like the crohn's doctor is following the gyno doc in thinking to deal with the endo (which is effecting my crohn's) is to get pregnant. Your right we shouldn't be doing something we're not ready for (just buying a house, just getting married) but I don't know what else to do. The surgery did nothing I had the same amount of pain the very next period following the surgery. There was 1 other option he gave me which was the IUD but the crohn's doct suggestion away from this as do I because of all the cramping that comes with it... i have enough cramps thank you! so yes feeling very lost...

What about Implanon? i use that and although i dont have endo, it stops all periods for me. Some do have side effects but its progesterone only. I too dont feel your doctor should 'push' you into getting pregnant if your not ready to. Especially not when she wants to inseminate and charge you for the privilage!

Hi!! thanks for your reply... No i've never heard of it or had given this as an option. lol your so right to be charged to get pregnant has been bothering me a lot. But I've sort have prepared myself for getting pregnant thinking this was my only option. But if there is actually something out there for me..I think I would postpond the pregnancy for another year and get settled into our new home and new marriage (even tho we've been together for 7 years , it's still all new!!) I'm going to do some research on this and see what my doctor says. Hopefully I'm not preggo's in the mean time lol since we've been trying very very hard (before I'd actually avoid that time of the month to avoid pregnancy!!) It definitely wouldn't be the end of the world but it'd be nice if it was on my terms and time.

Cerazette is a mini pill witch means that it does not have estrogen so the risk of side affects is minimal.
I would ask your doc about this, I can not tolerate estrogen but the Progestogen only pill works for me.


And it completelies stops your period? This is interesting!!!
