If you had that many precancerous polyps removed, it's really important to go back and have them check again. Colon cancer is the second most common cause of cancer deaths in the US, and it is far more treatable if you catch it early.
Regarding the other issues, have you talked to your internist about the weight loss and pain? That's something to check out, too. Maybe there's something going on in the small intestine (which would be looked at with an endoscopy, not a colonoscopy). Feel better!
