Help please. Been on Remicade for 2 years and doing great...just got a back a blood test and there is a problem

My Phosphorus is way low and out of range

Doctor has not seen results yet

Does anyone know what this means?

Could just mean that the result is a mistake and the lab needs to be repeated.
