How often does your doc check you wbc and diff on Humira?

A while back when I was on both Imuran and Remicade I was tested often for my WBC and differential...My levels got so low I was told if they even drop 0.1% more I would need a bone marrow biopsy.  Luckily it reversed on its own but gave me a huge scare.  As soon as I was off Imuran all together my counts returned to norm.  I was just wondering how often docs should be checking differentials as well as your normal labs.  I cannot recall the last time I had results from that lab..is it something needed on Humira?

When my husband first started Remicade, the doc checked his blood work every 3 months for the first 9 months that he was on remicade. Now that he's been on Remicade for over 2 years, he now just checks it every 6 months. And so far, his bloodwork has always come back normal.

I'm sure that if he added on another drug like methotrexate or imuran, he'd do the blood work more frequently again.

My GI doc has never checked levels in the 3 years on Humira. Luckily my PCP checks all blood work every 3 months and my Hemotologist checks iron, ferritin, and CBC every 6 months, now every 3 because my ferritin level is going down again.
