I agree with Nanners it is probably low B12, which must be addressed right away before it causes permanent damage, for instance nerve damage. Low B12 is extremely common in Crohn's - since you are already suffering symptoms, which tend to start when you have been B12 deficient for a long time, the best thing to do is -
1. See a doc this week and have blood drawn to test for B12
2. Right after the blood is drawn, have a B12 shot to quickly boost B12 in your system - B12 shots are very safe, so it's better to get the shot right away than to wait another week or two for the blood test results.
The inflammation in your system is probably preventing oral absorption of B12.
