currently on pred 50m imuran 50m nexiam 20 patassiam magnesiam but live in australia wanting to no what is the latest new drugs used for chrons ,also can you tell me has anyone had a anul fistular what meds worked best for that to would love some advice things to think about as going to gastro tusd thanks guys xx

Remicade is one of the best meds to heal fistulas.

I think only the biologics (remi, humira, cimzia, and anything ending in -ab) and maybe imuran have been shown to help heal fistulas. I've been on everything but cimzia, and nothing came close to healing my 3 fistulas, unfortunately..

pred has been shown to impede their healing.
