Sending you lots of love and luck and good thoughts before your medical review. I hope it goes really well, that it isn't too scary or upsetting, that the staff are kind and understanding, and that you find it wasn't worth being so anxious about.

Yes, the best of luck! I do know what it's like to dread those things from the bottom of my heart, so I do feel for you. Hoping it's more a case of them going through the motions rather than genuinely re-assessing your claim. In my experience, the interviewing doctors are mild and will not interrogate you. In fact the interviews have really not been that bad and I'm somebody who hates being interviewed.

Hope it goes like my review for SSDI. I was all worked up to the point of being sick and then it was over before I knew it and I was deemed qualified . Even my lawyer was surprised . I dont get much but it helps . Hope your review goes well and then you can relax some. Fingers crossed for you...

Wow, thanks guys! It seemed to go well, i was in their for about an hour and laid it on pretty thickly about what i could and couldnt do. I even managed to throw up in the car park afterwards! The doctor couldnt believe i'd been sent for the medical before surgery so she reckoned it really wouldn't be a problem to 'pass' but they dont make the decision. She did write alot of things down, so fingers crossed. I wont hear for about a month.

It wasnt so bad, i was just so wound up and so exhausted by the end of it. It was a 90 mile round trip, which fortunately we got our fuel money refunded. I was in bed for 8.30 last night!
