Help!! Has anyone ever had these symptoms???

Long story short-I had my baby girl a little over a year ago. I flared three months after having her and have been on prednisone off and on for about a year. My doctor decided to put me on Humira. I started that on Sept. 30 and tapered off prednisone. I started to flare (I think) last week but I have never had a flare like this before....Symptoms include feeling like I have to go to the bathroom ASAP and once I get in the bathroom, barely anything comes out but my body is still pushing really hard (this is involuntary on my part). The pushing is so hard that it is starting to make me throw up from the force. What little amount comes out of me is more yellowish and mucous-like instead of regular diarhea....This goes on all day until I have a great amount of diarea finally and feel a bit better....then once I eat again, the cycle starts over. I saw my doctor about this and he put me on Lialda at the same time as Humira to see if that will help. That was a day ago so it is too soon to tell if it is helping. However, my lower back is killing me from all the straining and I don't know what to do. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen.

that's what my flares are like,I don't have narrowing or no cause for obstuction, just alot of bm's and bile mucos and tremondous amount of gas, it seems constant.I'm terminal ilieum as well, but I've had app. 8 or 9ft of small bowel removed, so i get that poat surgically issues. I've had 2 obstructions, one almost killed me, so I can deal with inflammation, but obstructions are super scarry and can be fatal.
