Hello All,
Thank you all for this site and for all of the positive information I have received and tried. I have been pain and nausea free for the past two days. I have tried the suggestions mentioned for the past two day:- Breakfase of Cream of Wheat in the morning with a dry piece of toast and water,
Lunch - plain white bread - tuna sandwich (no butter no mayonaize )
Supper - steamed haddock in lemon juice in oven, plain mashed potatoes and mashed carrotts
Tomorrow I will make one change instead of fish for supper I will have steamed chicken....to see if it works as well. Here is hoping I wake up tomorrow and feel as good as I have the past two mornings.
