Thanks, Nanners :p
Indian food is lovely. If you ever get the chance to try it, then do. If you like spices, then you should like Indian food. It's not all hot either. There's plenty of dishes you can get which are mild or have no heat at all. The dish I got tonight was pretty mild - until I bit into a chilli >_>. Personally I didn't mind that - love the heat kick. But I didn't want to get a curry which was ultra mega hot, such as a vindaloo with extra chillies or something.
I did have a few uncomfortable hours, but I'm feeling better if not entirely back to normal. The fever reached 37.8C but slowly climbed back down after that. No problems with going to the toilet: been 3x already. (Though the first time wasn't the curry, I don't think - too soon.)
I'm glad to hear you've finally been, Nanners. It must be such a huge relief: I absolutely hate being constipated, but I do have to say the relief when you do finally go (
properly) is immense. It's one of the best feelings there is. I'd still rather not be constipated, though...
Enjoy spoiling your grandson :p ... I don't think it's wrong to give him extra if he's getting less than your other grandchildren. Pretty sure I'd do the same.
Now I have to decide whether I can face writing an email at 3:30am... Really just want to log off, tbh. But I promised the email today and well... It's already technically tomorrow :-/ ... Think I'll send a quick email, promising a longer one tomorrow. But I really will have to do it...
PS: Ended up writing a full reply after all. 3am is not a good time to have an energy surge, but I decided to roll with it. I have so few moments of energy that I should always, always strike while the iron is hot, otherwise I just end up regretting it. Goodnight, folks :p
