lichen sclerosis - like paper cuts (ladies please help with this one)

Has anyone heard of this or had any personal experience with this? it's like little paper cuts you can get anywhere but often on your genitals. I was reading about it and it says it's linked to autoimmune disorders?

Oh my gosh! It has a name???? I've had "paper cuts" before, but had no idea what to do about it or how to make it stop. I don't get them in random places - only where the sun doesn't shine. It's totally painful and I never told a doctor because I thought they would think I was crazy.

that's what my dr said - she didn't say that's what I had but this has happened before and it wasn't until I Googled it and there were tons of women saying the same thing, like "I never knew other people had this!" It's also somehow connected to autoimmune problems so go figure. :) One more thing, right?
