Centrum Ultra Womens multi

Has anyone else had issues with Centrum multi vits?  I can't figure out why it gives me a bloated belly and gas for hours after I take it.  There isn't any lactose in it that I can tell (old eyes don't read the small print well) and there isn't anything else that I can see that would set my gut off like that.  Darn, spent good money on something I can't even tolerate.  Oh and I'm not flaring by any means.

 

I don't tolerate Centrum well either. I don't tolerate many multi-vitamins, but mostly the hard pressed ones like Centrum. I have also read before that Centrum does not break down well in the body for even a healthy person, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Sorry, I hate when I buy something I can't use. I find a multi from the health food store that is more of a pressed whole foods instead of a hard pressed pill work better for me.

I take One A Day and have no trouble with them. I do feel like they help me if I take them daily. My nails used to have those ridged lines from one side to the other. My docs said a sign of illness. Since I've been regular on vitamins (not perfect) that's stopped and also my hair grows better. I don't know that I've tried Centrum brand. I do have another Crohnie friend who says she can NOT tolerate them at all - as you say, gas bloating, etc.
