bloody D...that gets worse as the day goes on?!

So I've been being really fanatical about checking out my poop ever since I started feeling crummy again.

Last night, I had D that looked like it was entirely made of blood.
Then today, three, but only the third had visible blood in it.

I've been noticing this as a pattern, and I don't really get it. I'm not taking pred so it's not like theres some medication for my gut to respond to. Why on EARTH would I have more bleeding at night, then reset button, then another day of progressively ramped-up bleeding??

I talked to my GI and he ordered labs and stool cultures so I guess until those come back its all speculation, but has anyone experienced anything like this? Currently my only crohn's med is Tysabri.
