I think part of it is psychological. I used to have similar problems. For instance, whenever I went to CVS I would have to go. Why? Because I knew they didn't have a bathroom available to the public. Same with Kohl's. Their restroom is wayyyyy in the back, so naturally when I was shopping up front, I'd have to go.
I believe they've proven their is a mind gut connection (the gut is known as the second brain). When my gut was at it's worse, I also had mega problems with anxiety and OCD. Now that my gut is good, my anxiety and OCD are much better.
