I have read that lactic acid in yogurt, especially SCD legal 24 hour yogurt- which is especially high in good bacteria and lactic acid, kills parasites, fungi, etc. If we need good bacteria, such as the SCD high level, to establish intestinal flora, but the lactic acid in the probiotics kills parasites, then how does this fit together? Does anybody know about
the probiotics and worm combination being favorable or detrimental? Also what about
fermented cabbage sauerkraut? Ok? not ok, when doing the worms? We need some science talk here...... thanks

I would suggest picking one approach and going with it rather than both at the same time.
