gingival pain?

Hi i am a non practicing hygienist... i have lupus and other issues. I am in a flare, i am not taking a daily prendisone dose for maintenance at this time, i am on methotrexate and orencia infusions 1 time a month along with glucophage, oxycodone er 20 bid, prozac, omamperzole otc 40, . i have good hygiene i thought it might be sinus related but i also have it in mandibular areas as well I don't have bleeding when flossing but it is soooo sensitive. Even brushing is sensitive. I do have 4mm pockets by a couple of crowns. I feel like they are inflammed even though they don't look it.. but they do look a bit red to me. My teeth are about the only thing left on me that are healthy. lol I get dry mouth and sores common with lupus, dry eyes and nose and throat with clear phlegm, which is more likely sjogrens but not tested for yet (not in a huge hurry) but i will as i am having issues.

i do use saliva substitutes and fluoride.

just wondered if anyone knew why my gingiva almost is like a burning pain. I do also get burning tongue and no one seems to know what to do about that it really hurts and people act like i am nuts when i say i have burning tongue. my b12 levels are low but with in range... not pernicious anemia. though pathology wise that is what my tongue looks like at times. I have seen some path that sjogrens has tongues with similar look. it wakes me up at night, i am very sensitive to all sugar substitutes so ...that limits alot of what i can do as far as sucking on sugar free candy and gum and so on. oral balance with xylitol even gives me headaches. but i use it because well you have to pick your battles.

Thanks .. what is cd? i am guessing rem is remicaide spelling and what is ssdi ? I am so new not to good with the lingo yet cd chronic disease I have same issue with it reappearing but it seems i have it more often than not...
