Thanks for posting this. It's not a new article, and clearly more GIs need to be aware of these issues. I would also suggest that OBs and reproductive endocrinologists need to read this - I'm sure I'm not the only one who presented with primary infertility before my Crohn's diagnosis.

thanks for posting this - very interesting! I had strange abcesses when I was flaring and it sound a lot like things described in this article!
