levsin v. lomotil

I've been taking levsin for over a year. At first it was very effective at eliminating cramping but lately not so much. Would lomotil be a better chooice? Can I take LDN cream with Lomotil. Thanks for any information. Sorry to be asking so many questions but I am desparate to feel better.

Dawg is right, they are two diffent meds for two different things. Another med for the cramping you might want to ask your doc about is Librax. I usually suffer with more constipation than diarrhea, but when I have one of those bad cramping and diarrhea days, the Librax works wonders. Good luck!
