I started remicade 2wks ago and ive just started to notice my sleep pattern have changed. Even though I'm really tired I can't go to sleep unless it's after 1am. Has anyone else noticed this?

Hmmm...I have always heard folks say that they are more tired after their infusion not insomnia. You aren't on Pred are you? That could affect your sleep. Hugs!

I'm not on prednisone. I am really tired from my infusions but I'm just having troubles going and staying sleep.

I could never sleep the night after my infusion but thereafter I was ok.  I hope your sleep pattern gets back to normal soon.

Insomnia has always been one of the side effects of the med and the disease for me. Since I already take medication for pain and neuropathy, I always try to schedule my doses around bed time to help with it.

I always conk right out after my infusions with no problem.
