alt treatments

Hello everybody. Has anybody had any success with alt treatments for pain and helping your Crohn's. Such as Accupunture, Oxygen Chambers, Hypnosis, Etc. I was told by a doctor that I should look into some alt treatments because at this point it will not hurt me. THanks and Good Luck, Mr.D

I did acupuncture and it really helped to relax me. I was really sick at the time so I'm not sure how much it helped as far as crohn's symptoms. but I would definitely try it again as it was ver relaxing, and a great stress reliever. Which for most of us, stress is a huge trigger.

I also tried hypnosis which I enjoyed but wasn't in a place where I could continue with it enough to make a difference.
