finally remissionish

so most you guys know most of my story, went off rem, thought it was causing more harm than good. So started asacol and low and behold I'm in remissionish, which is my lingo for as good as you're gonna get it. Perfect. so I had to deliver some of my product to los anglas client, and I am feeling so good, I thought I would spent the night at my cousins, that was a huge one for me, went well. Now the interesting part, I'm driving along a freeway that goes around los anglelas. so the freeway divided, and inbetween freeways is an emergency pull out, I wasn't sure which way, so I pulled in er parking, and before I could evan stop to look at map,WHAM I got ass ended by a women doing at least 50 mph. we both had to be gurnied to hosp. 2 ambulances, freeway had to be stopped for a few minutes, anyway nothing broke, but alot of soft tissue damage, whiplash injury, my truck was not drivable, still in L.A. so I have no vehichle to work with, it was major truama to be hit like that, so what kinda luck is this. I asked cop when he interviewed me in hosp. what she was doing or thinking, he didn't want to say to much, he just said, well she rear ended you in a safe zone. I'm really sore right now, lots of soft tissue pain, now in my whole back and neck, but I also can't do much right now but rest. I need to see dr and I'm sure physical therapy, hope her ins. pays for that, because my ins. is in mexico and I don't want to go there for that, I feel I need U.S. dr's since there will be some sort of law suit. anybody know good lawyer in san diego area. I can't gert police report for 8 days.

thanks gail, it's all soft tissue, but man I'm really sore, from down into bum to up and around neck, in the hosp. I thought I was starting to flare, and they gave me morphine shot.

yea for sure I'm keeping records of all phone calls, and who I spoke to, right now i feel like I had been trampled by the horses I use to ride

I had the most minor of rear end collisions last month, and OH BOY, I couldn't believe that I had pain for the next few days. I can only imagine what you are going through. Make sure you take it easy and do everything the doctors tell you to. Get everything documented. It sounds like you are on top of things, except that you are in pain, but .....

thats funny dawg, because I have to go back up there,(3hr drive) I left some things in my truck, but great Idea, I was going to do that. I'll ask lawyer today. when He comes up to our house, I'm now visualizing what happen, and I feel alittle ptsd. I haven't driven since, but my cd is acting up, and I'm so pissed about that, I actually was almost off pain med's, now I'm right back to where I was taking them again, mostly from this back and neck strain or whioplash is what dr's labeled it, soft tissue damage, I did find out they don't cite people that often for this type of thing, unless she ran red lite or driving illegally, but it was drizzling and she obviously wasn't driving at safe distance, and she wasn't paying attention, I feel she should pay for that mistake, I feel I need at least 12 weeks of therapy. but when report comes out, I can tell you her ins. will want to settle fast, my lawyer already said, don't be in big hurry to settle. take at least time to see how things will if they ever settle down.
