UKPup!!!!! How great to hear from you!!! I've not gone down to the Rolex for a couple of years now and made no attempt to go to the WEG either. My last year was the year we lost John Henry.

Its just not that much fun anymore. Our RV had to be retired and staying in a motel just isn't the same as staying at the horse park in amongst the same group of people we got to see and visit w/once a year.

They moved the Dressage Ring down to the Stadium and enlarged the Stadium so that even VIP seating can't get a good view and must watch on the giant TV screens. If I wanted to watch on TV I'd stay home and watch on TV or buy the video!!!!

They've just outgrown themselves and lost their appeal for me. I guess I just like to be closer to the action. Much as I admire Cigar even he isn't worth an 8 hour drive one way, plus the expense to see him and watch the rest on giant screen TV. Even that wonderful trade fair can't lure me down there.

How are YOU and the famly doing?? Have you managed to find a good remission? The two girls must be growing like weeds! You and your wife still working at UK?
