fighting this dd.  A little about me.  no large intestine about 1 foot of my small removed.  On Humira every 2 weeks.  Taking lots of over the counter supplements.   I have been getting lots of stomach pain.  Some loose b/ms  when i sleep.  Was in the hospital for similar pains for 2 days.  They had to put the ng tub in me.  seemed to take care of it.  the ? i have is what other meds are out their for ppl that are unique like me.  remicade no longer works for me.  been off of it for 2 yrs.  6mp makes me sick like would rather be dead then take the 6mp.  I took a day off 3 days ago because of the Pain.  the last couple days been great.  Hate the roller coaster affect of this dd.

Sometimes they find they have to add a med to the biologic meds. I know you said you took 6mp without success, but have you tried the sister med Imuran. Sometimes folks can't use one, but do better with the other. Also maybe while you are flaring right now, maybe a short course of Prednisone will help to quiet your flare back down. If the ng tube solved the problem, is a liquid diet something you can manage at home? Are you working with a nutritionist?
