What in Remicade and Humira causes the risks?

I am wondering if anyone knows what aspect of Remicade and Humira or any anti-TNF drugs causes the increased health risks, like lymphoma.

I started taking Wellbutrin for the anti-TNF benefits. It is helping, but I am wondering does the risk of the Remicade and Humira come from other aspects of the drug, like that they are a biologic? Or is part of the risk the anti-TNF factor?

Just wondering if all though they are probably less, if there are any risks with taking Wellbutrin if it is also lowering my TNF.

Not much in google about Wellbutrin and its TNF properties. I can tell you though that these drugs are SUPER far apart in there mechanism of action to the point of probably no similarities in how they do whatever they do and what they are (compounds etc). and wellbutrin is def not associated with the same side effects as remicade. Funny when I google a search your thread came up : )

If I get back on an anti depressant though which is a possibility might as well be this one : )
