Next option....Surgery??

Hi all! i need some advice! After having a major flare with humira, I switched to remicade after several infusions- i'm having second thoughts..... my symptoms are so confusing some days i'm constipated and don't move my bowels at all some days I go a few times, sometimes it's hard to push out and sometimes it's thin like pencils....but I definitely don't feel obstucted.Are my symptoms normal are they to stay are they livable or should I consider next option????
