Don't know what to do

Hello, My father has 2-7 days to live. He is dying from JAK2 myeloproliferative disorder, mylefibrosis and leukemia. His mylefibrosis is the hereditary kind. I am on 6MP. And I am really worried now if I am a carrier of this gene will the 6MP bring it out in me. My Dr is out of the office until Wed but I am concerned. My crohn's has been so well with the 6MP but now I want to stop it. Don't know what to do. Anyone have any advice for me.
