First: You have Crohn's. By definition, this means that you are not completely healthy.
Second: Chillax! You'll get plenty of responses. Just takes time.
Third: Hard to say from your description. Fissures can be hard as well. Mine are. It's basically like I got pruny skin (like when you're in water too long), then it swelled up and hardened that way. Mine haven't actually broken the skin, fortunately, but they're still extremely painful. I suggest Calmoseptine, if the stuff your doctor gave you isn't working. You can get it over the counter at any pharmacy, but most don't keep it in-stock, so you may have to ask them to order it. It's a pretty basic zinc oxide ointment that you apply to the affected area. Helps make life livable, for me.
I've never had an abscess, but from what I understand, it's basically a really big, nasty pocket of pus and blood and gross gunk, which I would imagine would feel sore in the same way a zit/pimple is, only more so, and much more painful. I could be wrong, though.
