Since I'm lactose intolerant, I find soy milk to be a great alternative for me! I don't drink it much, just in my coffee or cereal.
I haven't had any problems with it, but one of my close friends, who has IBS says soy milk gives her really bad D.
I guess it's just one of those things, like Crohns, that affects everyone differently.
