couldn't sleep but 3-4 hr's. night sweats so bad, changed pj's twice, my flare right now is arthritis, so maybe that is what is making me sweat. i'm also one finger typing,because i have our babycakes in my lap, thats our female cat. young, only a few yr's old. spoiled rotten, we love her to death. bottle fed, our daughter found her as his brother in a box in shopping center, at 1 week old, so they are bottle fed. I'll take bottle fed cat anytime, they are so loveable and appreciate so much for what we have done. she jumped off thank god, because it is time to visit chineese friend, toi-let.

It's an hour later, but I'm awake and already at work actually. Just hopping on to check in before I start the day. Sorry you're having such a bad night. Are you going to be able to get any rest through the day? Hope you have a better night tonight.

thanks lamb. I have acupunture today, then crash out in her office my sessions our 1 1/2 hr. then hopefully have better night. I have art show this weekend, I hope things calm down. you must be on east coast?

I have been trying to fall asleep again but no luck. Stress. I really need a vacation. I was hoping to get to Yosemite next month but thanks to the mechanic shop, it may not happen. They changed my alternator in my RV and when they were charging the batteries, they forgot them overnight on the charger and blew them up. I have had problems since. I finally took it to an electrician so hopefully they can figure out what is going on and fix it so I can get on the road!
I love that you rescued the kitties AG! I volunteer as a case worker for the Humane Society of La and see so much abuse and neglect of animals so it does my heart good to see people such as yourself, rescuing animals! Thanks!

i've been sleeping horribly lately myself- waking up 2-5 times a night, hen so tired at work due to that...last night i took a xanax before i went to bed and only woke up once...then at 4:45 but it's too close to 5 when i normally wake for work...at least it's friday! good luck with your show this weekend!

Geee , I could have said hello but I was also visiting Toi-Let . Long visits too. Pillow on the wall kind of night . Hope your pin cushion treatment helps you. There are no acupunctures near here or I would get needles for sure, I had a test stick on a cruise one time and it helped my sore neck. Speaking of spoiled cats. The one we rescued has a game she plays. She visits you in the bathroom and then begs to go back outside where she sticks her foot under the door until you play with her with a piece of paper . Didn't take her long to get us trained . Maybe you will get some sleep tonight...

thanks snip. I know we rent our home from our cats, if we can't pay rent to them, I hope they don't kick us out. yea snip. never mind tonite's sleep, I'll sleep all day after acupuncture, she is really good, gives deep massage that go with needles. I'll probably get so tried and sleepy right before I have to leave. But when I get back I have to load up my truck for art show, not my favorite thing to do, that is load up, I have a love seat and 4 chairs plus 6tables, and 3 toddler chairs that match the big ones, (real cute) then baskets, I think I made 4or 5, anyway it's a truck full. takes about 1 hr. everything has to blanketed, can't have anything rub, it will rub it raw. hopefully I come home empty, but I usually have to deliver on my way home sunday. anyway have a good weekend, by the way snip, how is your wife getting along?

I have been having rough nights lately as well, stress causing me to flare yet again, either issues falling asleep or the joy of waking over and over...I dont think the heat is helping been aches and pains as well...I would come on here but I just try to take some benadryl and read a bit to get back to sleep that or I fiddle with my ipod...if we ever get a HW app I am sure I will be on via that..as for cats I miss mine terribly, when I moved to Pregon I had to leave them behind a), my bf (now hubby) is severely allergic (i too am allergic but have built an immunity of sorts) and the cost to fly them would have been too much and b) they are keeping my grandfather (papa) company since I moved out here since my nana passed back in 07...darn 07 was a rough year for me emergency surgeries close cousin passing from pancreatic cancer 1 month before my nana passed who took early retirement to tend to me while hospitalized when I was 8 and 1st Dx..sorry off on a tangent the aniv of some relatives passing are this month (my grandpa ) and next month (my grandma and nana)...plus missing my family back east lots atm since I saw them last month it makes it harder I still speak to them daily though and I know I will be moving back in 2 short years when my eldest step son finishes HS

back to online gaming or runs to the loo ...ugh think it is time for a levsin
