need help with anal fistula

I am 22 years old male and I been dealing with anal fistula since April of 2010. When it showed up first I was told it was hemmoroid and few weeks later it started to drain then I was told it was fistula. I did first surgery I'm Jan of 2011 and basically what was done it was opened and cleaned up no seton or plugs. In April I took motorcycle class and fistula stared to drain from same spot. In July I did second surgery and I saw different doctor specialist who opened same surgery and sliced it up into anal and left it open. Now month later seems like its heeling fine but I noticed lower abdominal pain which is minimal pain and I am worried. I was never diagnosed with crhons disease. When I did my second surgery doctor used some scope to look inside and said everything looked fine. I never actually did any x rays or colonscopy.



I am curious if anybody thinks if I have CD? I don't have diarrhea or blood in stool only something bit of mucus. I do have stressful job and I am always worried about this fistula deal even doctors keep telling me I am fine.

Can someone tell me how long it took for CD symptoms to show up after having fistula? I mean I been dealing with this for 16 months and no crazy stomach pain or blood in stool or diarrhea.

Well I saw doctor and he thinks I have ibs. It usually feels like I have to use bethroom after eating and when I do go I don't have any hard time going it just seems less than usual. I don't have any blood in stool,fever, cramps, or diarrhea. Only issue is sometimes mucus in stool. I had mucus in stool before surgery and doctor told me it was from stress. I do have stressful job and my diet is not the best. I keep worrying about CD. Please help me ease my stress and I want to thank u guys for help.
