So I have been taking the supplements and eating probiotic yogurt daily, eating omega foods, staying away from pork. My mental state is a bit better, I have been taking each day by day. I am trying to overcome the bad thoughts and try to get myself in a good thought state. I am not rushing to the office, I took time to have tea with a friend, had a massage, visited my sister in law. Went shopping for a bit, plan on baking this weekend. All good and positive things. Have not even cried this week, which is HUGE in itself. I also listen to music that I am familiar with lather myself in a scented cream that I love. Started knitting, just a scarf, but it keeps my hands busy. I am really, really, really, trying and I think it is working.
Having the new kitten is so much fun too. Still pretty upset that I can't fly to Germany to watch my daughter perform at Worlds on the 27th, but better I stay here and get well, I GUESS. Grrr. LOL.
That is me this past 5 days, still have gut pain, but just trying to ignore it, it might be the coffee, but I only have one cup in the morning.
