I think the immuran tireds finally kicked in. I've been so very tired this past week. It doesn't help work is draining the life out of me, not to mention medical appts. too. Anyone have tips on how I might be able to pick up my energy levels? I hate feeling this way.

All I can say is get the rest you need. If you are tired than rest. It is hard to constantly lay around, but if you are exhausted than your body is probably telling you something. Are you providing your body with enough "gas" to run on? Eat some pasta if you can tolerate. Use some cream with a scent that you love, that will make you feel good.
Hope you start feeling better.

I don't know if this is a good answer, rather something to consider. When I was major flaring and soooo tired too, doctor did a simple blood test for thyroid. Sure enough, that was the problem. It took 3 more tests to determine how much synthroid to put me on. It helped a bunch. Hope you find some energy soon, Kathy
