Hi,

I've read on here that alot of people take fish oil. Does it help constipation? Thanks.

i wish, oh how i wish.. i take it but if the body does not want to go..not much i can do to make it...I don't go for days and days..most uncomfortable.

I've heard that if you take A LOT of it (8-10,000 mgs/day) it can cause loose stools, but I take it because it's listed as an anti-inflammatory and is supposed to help prevent heart disease, which ruins in my family.
