HGH for short gut syndrome

Anyone taking hgh for short gut syndrome ? I am currently on hyperal. Have done this off and on for 16 years. 5 resections later, visit to Pittsburg about transplant (of which I would be too terrified to do) and weekly shots of methotrexate . Had to retire last year after becoming a walking skeleton.

I have been on tpn since October. I am also on heavy steroids and have gained 30 pounds. I look noel again except for the moon face. I have done tpn several times in the past 25 years. I was on it last year from October to march . Hoping to taper off and try the hcg to see if it will help what little I have left. Fingers crossed. Have to get the ok from doc in Chicago first before my doc will do it here.
